I had a wonderful stay, the room was spacious, clean, and just what I needed for my trip. The location was great-close to everything yet tucked away from the hustle, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety.

I was really let down by the lack of soundproofing-could hear everything from the next room. The constant snoring and regular conversations made it impossible to relax. If you value your peace, definitely look elsewhere. So frustrating!

we had a fantastic experience at tabist. the self check-in was a breeze, and we loved the privacy it offered. the hotel-hostel vibe was perfect for us, giving us that communal feel without the need to share a room. the free coffee machine was great, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from various attractions.
Was all great! 😊.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness was perfect and the self-check-in made everything hassle-free. The location was fantastic, with easy access to attractions and a convenient shopping walkway nearby. I appreciated the spacious room and the beautiful view from the sixth floor, especially at night. And a Lawson convenience store right downstairs was a huge bonus!
Everything was as expected.

I loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to shopping. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The self-check-in was easy, and I appreciated having fresh towels without daily cleaning. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
It was all superb. No complaints at all.

The self check-in was convenient, though slightly challenging. The surroundings were perfect for family bonding with nearby landmarks like the Otaru Canal and the Taishou Glass Palace. the condition of the entrance and hallway detracted from the overall experience, and noise from neighboring rooms was a concern.

The convenience store downstairs made it easy to grab snacks. I found the mattress a bit stiff.

we had an amazing stay at tabist. the deluxe family room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, which was a delight. the location couldn't be better, just a quick walk from the station and the heart of town. we appreciated the helpful housekeeping staff and the convenience of the covered shopping street nearby. having bikes available to explore the area was a fantastic bonus, giving us the freedom to enjoy our surroundings at our own pace.

The newly renovated building is gorgeous, and our sixth-floor room offered stunning nighttime views of the inland sea. We appreciated the convenience of the Lawson's store right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks. The bike rental option was a highlight, allowing us to explore at our own pace, and the self-check-in provided a unique sense of privacy that we enjoyed.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I loved the fine view from my room on the 6th floor, especially at night with the lights dancing over the water! Plus, having a Lawson's right downstairs was super convenient for grabbing snacks on the go. The building itself was newly renovated and felt pretty elegant, which I appreciated.
But wow, the experience was a letdown. The place was unmanned, which made check-in a hassle, and I struggled with their confusing self-check-in machine. The walls were paper-thin — I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including a loud snorer! Cleanliness was also an issue, and staff were hard to reach for help. Not great overall, honestly.
